MINTURN CANDIDATE FORUM

SAVE THE DATE!  Minturn residents are officially invited to the 2024 Minturn Candidate Forum.  Join the Town of Minturn and our 2024 municipal election candidates on Tuesday, March 5th.  The forum will provide an opportunity to learn more about our candidates, and offer a chance to ask questions.  We will have an independent moderator for the event, and the forum will be recorded with the video footage provided after, for those unable to attend.  

Forum guidelines:

• Questions may be submitted in advance, by emailing them to Cindy Krieg (events@minturn.org), or bringing hand-written questions to Town Hall in advance of the forum.  Questions may also be submitted in person at the event.  Questions submitted at the forum will be submitted to Town Staff.  Staff will group the questions into themes / topics to be given to the moderator.   
• We will do our best to answer all questions submitted, but we may not have time for all questions.  
• Questions cannot / should not be directed at one candidate.  
• All questions will be screened for relevance, to avoid duplication, and to assure adherence to the guidelines and ground rules. Personal questions or attacks on any candidate will not be acknowledged.
• There will be time limits on responses / answers and a timer will be utilized.
