Emergency Preparedness
The Town of Minturn works closely with Eagle County partners, to plan for emergencies and inform our community. This page and the links below are designed to offer useful information for different types of emergencies.
EC Alerts:
ECAlert is Eagle County's emergency alert system. It enables emergency management agencies and first responders to provide Eagle County residents and visitors quickly and efficiently with critical information for a variety of situations, from updates on severe weather, major road closures, and life-safety critical information like evacuations, fires, flooding, and debris flows.
Eagle County residents are strongly urged to sign up for the emergency alert system. There are 2 options for this, the ReachWell App (no sign-in / subscription needed), OR the everbridge notification system which does require you to sign up but is customizable to which alerts you receive.
